Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries, Inc., Belmont, NH, on the basis of a sole bid of $6,344,732.95 for pavement resurfacing on three sections in two Towns (Enfield and Lebanon) in District 2. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $317,236.65, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 21, 2026, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
