Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Cold River Bridges, LLC, Walpole, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $475,910 for culvert replacement and roadway reconstruction along NH 123A in Acworth, due to the damage as a result of the July 29-30, 2021 storm event. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $71,386.50, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 15, 2025, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Other Funds
