Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with B.U.R. Construction, LLC, Newport, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $23,054,582.88 for reconfiguration of the “dog-leg” intersection of US 202, NH 124 and NH 137 in Jaffrey, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $1,613,820.80, for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2028, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
