Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 10/21/20, item #10), to extend the contract for an additional 2 years, to assist DCYF with the medical evaluation of child abuse, by increasing the price limitation by $1,499,410 from $1,499,410 to $2,998,820 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2024. Effective July 1, 2022. 14.01% Federal, 85.99% General Funds.
