Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with The Prevention Certification Board of New Hampshire, Bow, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 10/7/15, item #20A), for the continued provision of the Prevention Specialist Mentorship Program, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $12,000 from $116,307 to $128,307 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2023. Effective July 1, 2022. 100% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission).
