Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with BI-State Primary Care Association, Inc., Bow, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 11/6/19, item #10), to facilitate certain providers to deliver integrated medication treatment for pregnant, postpartum, and parenting woman, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $50,000 from $2,101,692 to $2,151,692 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2022 to September 29, 2022. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
