Authorize, under the Community Development Block Grant program, to award a grant to the Town of Meredith, NH, in the amount of $500,000 on behalf of Lakes Region Community Land Trust, Inc d/b/a Lakes Region Community Developers (LRCD) to support the LRCD Frances Court Affordable Housing project, which involves the acquisition of four manufactured homes located at 5,9,11 and 21 Frances Court, Meredith, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
