Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Area Agency of Greater Nashua, Inc., d/b/a Gateways Community Services, Nashua, NH, in the amount of $2,293,564 for financial management and employer of record services to manage payments for respite and supplemental support services for caregivers under the NH Family Caregiver Support Program and the Alzheimer’s disease and Related Disorders Program. Effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024, with the option to renew for up to 4 additional years. 55.21% Federal. 44.79% General Funds.
