Authorize to retroactively amend an existing contract with New England Coastal Realty, Inc d/b/a Keller Williams Coastal Realty, Portsmouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1/22/21, Item #80) for real estate brokerage, marketing, and consulting services related to the proposed redevelopment of the Interstate 95 liquor store rest area properties in Hampton, NH and the contemplated sale of a significant portion thereof. The amendment will extend the completion date by an additional two years, with an option to renew for an additional two years, with no change to the fee agreement. Effective upon G&C approval through January 22, 2027. 100% Liquor Funds
