Authorize to amend an existing contract with Normandeau Trucking Inc., Groveton, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 6/24/20, item #134), for biosolids transportation and disposal services at the Franklin Wastewater Treatment Facility by increasing the contract amount by $1,000,005.58 to $1,865,536.78 from $865,531.20, and extending the completion contract completion date to June 30, 2024 from June 30, 2022. (2) Further authorize to establish a contingency amount of $50,000 to cover unforeseen costs that may be incurred during the contract period. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% WRBP Funds.
