Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a retroactive Special Use Permit (SUP) agreement with the Special Olympics of NH, INC., Concord, NH for the 26th Annual Penguin Plunge and the 17th Annual High School Plunge. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of February 4, 2025 through February 11, 2025. (2) Further authorize to accept payment of SUP fees from the Special Olympics of NH, Inc., Concord, NH in the amount of $4,190 for the 26th Annual Penguin Plunge and the 17th Annual High School Plunge. Effective upon G&C approval.
