Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Demonstrated Success, LLC, Portsmouth, NH, in the amount of $240,000 to provide an annual Comprehensive Statewide Evaluation report for the Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers Office, Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers Office subgrantee technical assistance and professional development to the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education Act Title Programs. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023, with the option to renew for an additional 2 year period. 100% Federal Funds.
