Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with D.L. King & Associates, Inc., Merrimack, NH, for a total price not to exceed $4,279,438 for REBID SMR Addition to Building M, Concord, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through October 27, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $216,662 be approved for unanticipated site expenses for REBID SMR Addition to Building M, Concord, NH, bringing the total to $4,496,100. 100% Federal Funds. (3) Further authorize the amount of $77,000 be approved for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $4,573,100. 100% Federal Funds.
