Description
Authorize to amend an existing contract with CareFusion Solutions, LLC, San Diego, CA (originally approved by G&C on 10-13-21, item #15), for continued maintenance, support, integration with the NH Hospital electronic health records system, and training on the pharmaceutical dispensing machines from the Contractor, by decreasing the price limitation by $141,840 from $814,160 to $670,320 and to extend the contract completion date from March 31, 2027 to July 31, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. 34% General Funds. 66% Other Funds (Provider Fees).
