Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with New England Infrastructure, Inc., Hudson, MA on the basis of a low bid of $8,940,000 for bridge rehabilitation of State Red List Bridge No. 053/112 that carries East Thetford Road over the Connecticut River between Lyme, NH and Thetford, VT. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $715,200 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 25, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
