Description
Authorize to amend a sole source contract with SilverTech, Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3-27-19, item #28), by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the Price Limitation by $339,750 from $2,464,690 to $2,804,440, and extending the completion date from December 31, 2024, for Web Site Content Strategy and Design services. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2024 with an option to renew for two (2) additional years. Funding is a combination of DoIT and Agency Funds.
