Description
Authorize to enter into a contract agreement with JBC Construction LLC, Londonderry, NH, in the amount not to exceed $57,775, for office enlargement at the Plymouth Readiness Center. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $10,000 for unforeseen conditions and/or owner-initiated changes for the construction, bringing the total to $67,775. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2023. 50% Federal Funds and 50% General Funds.
