Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing sole source Contract Agreement with Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12-8-21, item #47), by increasing the price limitation by $692,986 from $3,681,570 to $4,374,556 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds made available through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and from remaining regular program year funds. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
