Description
Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing sole source Contract Agreement with Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc., Berlin, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12-8-21, item #43), by increasing the price limitation by $794,845 from $4,211,235 to $5,006,080 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds made available through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and from remaining regular program year funds. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
