Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing sole source Contract Agreement with Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9-23-20, item #45), by increasing the price limitation by $166,398 from $5,149,520 to $5,315,918 using additional Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program funds from the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families and by extending the completion date from September 30, 2022 to September 30, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
