Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing sub award (or grant) agreement with NH Housing Finance Authority, Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 1-26-22, item # 70), to provide emergency rental assistance to eligible NH households in the State’s Emergency Rental Assistance Program by increasing the price limitation by $12,622,581 from $157,629,995.22 to $170,525,576.22. Effective upon G&C approval, with no change to the competition date of December 31, 2022. Funding is contingent on (1) G&C approval of an accept and expend request for $12,131,860 included on this agenda; and (2) G&C approval of a transfer request for $422,350 also on this agenda. FIS 22-317 was approved on 9-9-22 at the Fiscal Committee meeting. 100% Federal Funds.
