Description
Authorize to award a grant to Hooksett Village Water Precinct, Hooksett, NH in the amount not to exceed $873,000 for distribution system upgrades. Effective upon G&C approval through June 1, 2024. 75% Federal Funds, 25% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Funds. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with Hooksett Village Water Precinct, Hooksett, NH in the amount not to exceed $1,176,800 to finance water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Funds.
