Description
Authorize to retroactively amend a Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund grant to the Town of Peterborough, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/18/20, Item #52, archived document ), by extending the completion date from December 31, 2025 to December 31, 2026 in order to provide additional time to complete the agreed upon scope of services for the Cold Stone Springs well development and water treatment plant construction. Effective as of January 1, 2026, upon G&C approval through December 31, 2026. No additional funding is involved in this time extension. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund
