Authorize to retroactively amend an agreement with the New Hampshire Rivers Council, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/22/22, Item #135), for the implementation of the Winnicut River Watershed Restoration and Management Plan to extend the project expiration date from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. This is a no-cost time extension. 100% Federal Funds
