Authorize to amend a Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund grant to the Lakeview Condominium HOA, Enfield, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5/1/24, Item #117), by increasing the grant amount by $242,490 from $150,000 to $392,490 for water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 485:F. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2026. (2) Further authorize to amend a Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund loan to the Lakeview Condominium HOA, Enfield, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5/1/24, Item #117), by increasing the loan amount by $100,000 from $350,000 to $450,000 for water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 485:F and N.H. Code of Admin. Rules Env-Dw 1300. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund
