Authorize the Division of Learner Support to retroactively amend the accept and expend of American Rescue Plan, Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief funds from the United States Department of Education (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, Info Item HH), by extending the end date for funding from September 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. No additional funds are requested. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on January 30, 2025.
