Authorize to exercise a renewal option and amend the contract with I.C. System, Inc., St. Paul MN, (originally approved by G&C on 6/20/18, item #73), to perform work with the DRA Division of Collections to collect delinquent debt by amending the completion date from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2023, and making certain other changes to the contract as detailed in letter dated May 4, 2022. Effective upon G&C approval.
