Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively amend the grant agreement with the City of Lebanon, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/22/21, Item #103), to update their Hazard Mitigation Plan by changing the completion date from May 29, 2023 to May 29, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. No additional funds are being requested. 100% Federal Funds
