Description
Authorize the Comptroller to issue a warrant from funds not otherwise appropriated in the amount of $113,489. (2) Further authorize to issue checks in the amount of $113,488.29 to the rightful owners of abandoned or unclaimed funds that have escheated to the general fund. The warrant should be issued to and funds paid from Treasury, Return of General Fund Deposit.
