Description
Authorize, on behalf of the Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs, to amend an existing memorandum of understanding with the NH Department of Corrections and the NH Judicial Branch, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-24-20, item#33), for NH to include individuals with a substance use disorder who are participating in the NH Family Treatment Court Program with obtaining temporary housing, with no change to the price limitation of $2,850,000 and no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval.
