Authorize to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $1,187,487, from the US Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Statistics, Federal Fiscal Year 2024 National Criminal History Improvement Program grant for the purpose of enhancing and implementing the criminal history records program. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on January 30, 2025.
