Authorize to enter into a subgrant with the Merrimack County Department of Corrections, in an amount not to exceed $145,575, from the Federal Fiscal Year 2022 and 2023 US Department of Justice, Office of Justice Program, Bureau of Justice Assistance’s Residential Substance Abuse Treatment grants, for the purpose of providing services for incarcerated individuals with substance abuse disorders. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
