Authorize to accept the gift of a parcel of land situated on the northerly side of Rochester Hill Road (Route 108) in the City of Rochester, NH, having an area of approximately 5.93 acres, together with all easement rights and any other rights appurtenant thereto, from the City of Rochester, for the purpose of constructing and operating a new circuit court facility thereon.
