Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into an amendment to an existing grant with Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C 6/12/24, Item #37, archived document ), to finalize procurement of fleet and rider software updates, by amending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027, with no change to the price limitation. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2026, whichever is later.
