Authorize to purchase from Public Service Company of NH d/b/a Eversource Energy, Manchester, NH, an easement for the total amount of $26,000, plus reasonable necessary and customary closing and transfer costs, pursuant to the terms of a certain Purchase and Sale Agreement submitted herewith, an easement across land in Pembroke situated along the east side of the Soucook River with no street address having an area of approximately 10.4 acres (Pembroke Tax Map 662, Lot 11, Lot 12), which parcels of land abuts other lands of the State managed by DMAVS, said abutting land being more commonly known as the NH Army National Guard Training Complex located on Riverwood Drive in Pembroke, NH. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
