Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell 32.23 +/- acres of State-owned land located northeast of Eaton Road (NH Route 153) and Stark Road, essentially lying between the two roads, in the Town of Conway, NH. The sale will be directed to James and Jean Drummond for $175,000, and assessing a $1,100 administrative fee. Effective upon G&C approval.
