Authorize to amend a grant agreement to the Red Sleigh Condo Association, Plymouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/22/23, Item #97, archived document ), by increasing the grant amount by $33,750, from $338,328 to $372,078 for water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 485:F. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2027. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund. (2) Further authorize to amend a Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund loan to the Red Sleigh Condo Association, Plymouth, NH (originally approved by G&C on 3/22/23, Item #97, archived document ), by increasing the loan amount by $101,250, from $277,313 to $378,563 under the provisions of RSA 485:F.
