Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Strafford Regional Planning Commission, Rochester, NH, in the amount of $100,000 to identify and address coastal flooding vulnerabilities related to drinking water infrastructure and critical source water assets and protection areas. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2028. 100% Federal Funds
