Authorize the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) to exercise the first of two renewal options to an existing sole source contract with DriveAbility, LLC, Londonderry, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4/23/25, Item #104, archived document ) by increasing the price limitation by $18,000 from $23,000 to $41,000, extending the end date from April 27, 2026 to April 27, 2027, and updating the language in the “Training (High-Tech Instructor Training)” section of Exhibit B (scope), to require that the contractor maintain the vehicle and use it to provide driver evaluations and trainings as assigned on a case by case basis. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
