Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries, Inc., Belmont, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $15,649,329.61, for pavement resurfacing of two sections in five Towns (Auburn, Candia, Epping, Exeter, and Hampton) in Districts 5 and 6. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $782,466.48 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 2, 2026, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
