Authorize to accept and expend $76,000 in registration fees and further accept and expend $38,000 in federal funds for a total of $114,000 for a two-day advanced training event entitled “2026 Partnering for a Future Without Violence Conference” to be held September 9-10, 2026, to cover conference costs. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 67% Agency Income and 33% Federal Funds. 2) Further authorize to conduct a two-day advanced training event, entitled “2026 Partnering for a Future Without Violence Conference” to be held September 9-10, 2026, for a total cost not to exceed $114,000, for the purpose of training professionals providing direct services to victims of crime. Effective upon G&C approval through September 10, 2026. 67% Agency Income and 33% Federal Funds. (3) Further authorize the Department to enter in an agreement with JPA III Management Company, Inc., d/b/a DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown in an amount not to exceed $95,155 for the purpose of providing necessary conference facilities and services for the training event. Effective upon approval of the G&C through September 10, 2026. 80% Agency Income and 20% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on April 17, 2026.
