Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with R.S. Audley, Inc., Bow, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $4,684,000.06, for replacement of the bridge carrying US 4 over Blackwater River in Andover, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $374,720.01 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through May 15, 2026, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
