Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving, Inc., Londonderry, NH, on the basis of a low bid of $7,158,333.90, for pavement resurfacing of three roadway sections in six Towns (Newport, Sunapee, Rumney, Plymouth, Warren and Wentworth). (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $357,916.70 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 26, 2025, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
