Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a retroactive sole source two-year lease agreement with the County of Belknap, Laconia, NH, in the amount of $582,067.20, for courtroom and office space comprised of 17,160 square feet for the Belknap County Superior Court, located at 64 Court Street, Laconia, NH. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027. 100% Transfer from Other Agencies (transfer from AOC)
