Authorize the Office of Workforce Opportunity to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Southern New Hampshire Services d/b/a Community Action Partnership Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/18/20, Item #37), for the delivery of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult Program services by increasing the price limitation by $220,273 from $8,818,490 to $9,038,763 with no change to the completion date of June 30, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
