Authorize to enter into a contract with Capital Appraisal Associates, Inc., Concord, NH, in the amount of $7,000, to prepare two appraisal reports that conform to the most recent edition of both the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisition and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice on two properties owned by NHFG in Newmarket and Ashland, NH.
