Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Trails to retroactively amend a contract agreement with the New Hampshire Audubon Society, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8/7/24, Item #39), for the upgrade of accessible trails at the Massabesic Nature Center in Auburn, NH to extend the completion date from December 31, 2024 to August 31, 2025 with no change to the price limitation of $80,000. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
