Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with Triple Construction, LLC, Hudson, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/29/23, Item #157), by increasing the price limitation by $35,970 from $553,142 to a total price not to exceed $589,112 and by extending the completion date from June 24, 2024 to February 1, 2025 for Philbrook Sewer Line Replacement, Concord, NH.
