Authorize the Division of State Police to accept and expend federal pass-through funds in the amount of $1,229,459 from the Department of Safety, Division of Administration for the purposes as detailed in the letter dated December 9, 2025. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026. 100% Intra Agency Transfers. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on January 23, 2026.
