Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing project agreement with MTX Group, Inc., Frisco, TX (originally approved by G&C on 9/21/22, Item #23), to provided continued help desk support, maintenance services, and enhancements to the New Hampshire Connections Information System, by increasing the price limitation by $1,435,590 from $6,049,991 to $7,485,581 and by extending the completion date from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2025. Effective January 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
